  • Implemented a new improved way to pick in -SD and -MD. Now, each player has tavern(s) (1 or more depending on -d# mode) which are completely filled with their drafted heroes. Example: If no -d# is used, and 11 heroes are drafted, only 1 tavern exists for each player. 2 taverns in -d2, 3 in d3, and so on. Additionally, you may see which heroes your team drafted by simply clicking the taverns with the color of the player (cannot see enemy taverns)
  • -SD and -MD now support AA/AS/AI (All Agility, All Strength, All Intelligence) modes (for example -sdaa only gives agility heroes into everyone’s tavern)
  • You may now buy items that do not require a recipe directly if you have enough gold by clicking on the recipe (for example clicking Phase Boots shop-icon buys 2 Blades of Attack and Boots, other examples: Perseverance, Sange & Yasha, Helm of the Dominator, etc.)
  • Recipes can now be used in your inventory via doubleclick to buy the needed items (recipes which can be used to buy the needed items are purple, such as Sange recipe, Mask of Madness recipe, Medallion of Courage recipe, etc.)
  • You may now press the ESC key to remove any unwanted system messages instead of having to write -clear
  • New command -fc which reduces the time kill-messages will stay on your screen from 10 to 3 seconds
  • Neutrals now have full mana when they spawn
  • Amplify Damage duration on non-heroes from 120 to 25
  • Curse of the Silent no longer affects invulnerable units, CotS now affects illusions as well
  • Global Silence only turns off sound for enemies
  • Greater Bash can now proc on Roshan but won’t push him (damage and bonus MS will apply)
  • Primal Split Earth Storm and Fire units collision size 8
  • Drunken Haze missile speed is now instant
  • The Swarm units can no longer attack while in-flight without latching, and no longer have a HP bar, also no longer provide vision for 3sec after they die
  • Shadow Poison can now be dispelled (strong dispell), Reflection can now be purged
  • The map is now completely explored, it is now possible to blink and teleport into the outer border-forest of the map (DotA2-like)
  • Secondary base buildings like Ziggurats and Moon Wells are no longer displayed on minimap (Dota2-like)
  • Fully reactivated Tinker’s March of the Machines and Enigma’s Midnight Pulse, they should work perfectly now
  • Tier 1 towers are no longer invulnerable before creepspawn
  • Necromastery can now be hidden with -SP
  • Removed active part of Empowering Haste, now stacks with all spells again
  • Double Damage rune is no longer dispelled by any allied dispells
  • Poison Nova, Fury Swipes and Caustic Finale can no longer be dispelled

  • Marksmanship is now fully passive on melee heroes as well. Marksmanship bonus (melee) will now be removed after 4sec instead of instantly when an enemy hero is in a 400 AoE. Bonus is instantly added back if no enemy heroes are detected in a 400 AoE.
  • Berserker’s Blood magic resistance per stack from 4/5/6/7% (max stacks 98%) to 3/4/5/6% (max stacks 84%)
  • Added Aghanim to Ball Lightning – Ball Lightning no longer has an initial mana cost. Cost per 100 units from 12+0.7% to 10+0.5%. (Skill ID: A3FJ)
  • Added Aghanim to Relocate – Reduces the CD from 90/75/60 to 30 seconds. (Skill ID: A3FQ)
  • Added Aghanim to Flaming Lasso – You may now attack during Lasso and Lasso now deals 75/100/125 damage per second (Skill ID: A1MV)
  • Added Aghanim to Suicide Squad, Attack! – Now always explodes for current suicide damage whenever you die. Additionally reduces respawn-time by 20% (70% if suicided). (Skill ID: A471)
  • Hand of God CD from 160/140/120 to 100, Aghanim Hand of God now additionally heals for 10% of maxHP.
  • Moon Glaive extra bounces from 2/3/4/6 to 2/3/4/5, damage drop-off from 35% to 40%

Each Living Dead zombie now has 20% of their owners HP as bonus HP, also instead of only healing their owner by 50 when they die, they now heal their owner by 20% of their (the zombie’s) max HP when they die.
  • Mind Control duration from 20 to 30, now also increases attack speed by 30% for mind controlled units
  • Firestorm now deals 33% damage to structures, down from 50%
  • Pulse Nova no longer slows if you do not have agha, Pulse Nova agha slow from 25 to 15%
  • Static Field no longer gives enemies any indications that you’re near (removed enemy aura and glow)
  • Inferno now lasts 14 seconds (up from 12) and now affects ancients

Can be cast while channelling

– Reincarnation: Added Aghanim’s Scepter to Reincarnation: Allies who are near you (within 1200 aoe) when slain become Wraiths for 5 seconds, delaying their death. They can continue attacking, casting, etc. When the duration ends, the hero dies, and credit for the kill goes to whowever landed the original killing blow.

– Gravekeeper’s Cloak recharge time from 6 to 4
– Familiars no longer have 300/450/600 health, they now require 4 hero attacks to be killed (creeps/illusions do 1/4 damage, towers do 1/2)

– Unstable Concoction now has an area targeting cursor
– Greevil’s Greed now grants 4x gold bounty from Runes

– Brain Sap mana cost from 125/150/175/200 to 100/125/150/175

– Aghanim’s Scepter-upgraded Wrath of Nature now spawns a Nature’s Call treant whenever it kills a unit. Killing a hero will spawn a stronger treant (3x damage and health of a normal one)

– Void attack speed slow increased from -35 to -50

– Purifying Flames can now target non-hero units
– False Promise no longer makes the target invisible
– False Promise now continuously removes debuffs and disables, instead of only when first cast

Obsidian Destroyer
– Aghanim’s Scepter Sanity’s Eclipse upgrade now affects everyone in the area of effect with Astral Imprisonment after it deals its damage

– Fire Spirits now does an obstructed reveal of the area it hits for 1 second

– Waning Rift damage increased from 70/140/210/280 to 100/160/220/280

– Rot move slow from 20% to 20/22/24/26%

– Decrepify enemy slow from 50% to 30/40/50/60%
– Decrepify enemy magic damage amplification from 50% to 30/40/50/60%
– Decrepify duration from 2/2.5/3/3.5 to 3.5

– Aghanim’s Scepter Laser now refracts to visible enemy heroes with a 550 bounce range

– Viper Strike cooldown reduced from 80/50/30 to 70/50/30

– Rain of Chaos Golem’s health regeneration from 15/30/45 to 25/50/75

– The Swarm duration rescaled from 14/16/18/20 to 16
– The Swarm damage from 15/20/25/30 to 20
– The Swarm attack rate from an attack every 1.35 seconds to 1.4/1.25/1.1/0.95
– Added Aghanim’s Scepter upgrade to Weaver: reduces the cooldown of Timelapse to 20 seconds and allows Timelapse to target allied heroes. 1000 cast range

Winter Wyverrn
– Splinter Blast speed increased 500->650 (1.35 to 1.0 seconds max)
– Splinter Blast debuff is now dispellable
– Cold Embrace now behaves as normal regeneration instead of 0.1 interval heals

6.84 Misc stuff

  • Black Drakes and Dragons are no longer flying
  • Instead of Buyback temporarily preventing unreliable gold gain, it now reduces all gold gained (including hero and aoe gold) by 60%
  • Planewalker’s Cloak magic resist 15 -> 20
  • Planewalker’s Cloak magic resist now stacks
  • Pipe & Hood magic resist now stacks
  • Mines & Suicide damage from mixed to physical
  • Goblin’s Greed bonus gold is no longer given for kills made by summons
  • Trueshot Aura can now be stolen with Spell Steal

  • AoE Bonus Gold is now distributed based on the relative net worth amongst the heroes involved in killing the hero by +/- 25%
  • The amount of AoE Bonus Gold given is now increased/decreased by up to 20% based on the dying hero’s relative rank in net worth amongst all the enemies on that team.
  • Hero kills (the non-net worth portions) are worth 10% more
  • Since every assister receive different gold amount it now shows only killer’s bonus bounty in the message
  • The fixed portion of the XP Hero Bounty for first 5 levels is reduced from 100/120/160/220/300 to 100/120/140/160/180 (then continues +100 per level as usual)
  • AoE Gold Bounty, for teams that are behind, now has a small additional component that doesn’t fully scale with net worth (100/75/50/35/25 for 1/2/3/4/5 heroes, scales linearly from 0 to 4k net worth difference)

  • Mud Golems now split into two smaller Mud Golems, called Shard Golems, when they die (they have 30% of the original Mud Golem’ health and damage, and only live for 60 seconds)
  • Mud Golems movement speed increased from 270 to 310
  • Mud Golems (and also Shard Golems) have a new active ability: Hurl Boulder (0.6 second stun, 125 damage, 30 cooldown, 800 range). They do not automatically cast this
  • Gold/XP bounties rescaled so the total value for the camp remains the same (Mud Golems 32/42 Gold/XP each, Shard Golems 13/23 each)
  • Silence no longer disables Invisibility (Rikimaru/Priestess of the Moon)
  • Platemail replaced by Orb of venom in Weapons Dealer
  • Talisman of evasion replaced by Void Stone
  • Ultimate orb replaced by Ring of health (Ring’s hotkey changed to G)
  • Side Shop: Planeswalker Cloak replaced with Void stone
  • Runes now have a higher hit box priority over units (right click on unit standing over the rune will reorder your hero to pickup the rune instead of follow/attack)
