  • Hidan

Item

  • Poison Gauntlets – Changed recipe cost to 600, +12dmg,AS,dps, 12% slow
  • Silver Hands – Area Strike stun from 1 to 0.01. No longer damages vines/structures/wards.
  • Chakra Smasher – Yamato and Naruto get a nerfed version (27 burn – 75% power)
  • Haku’s Overcoat – Active Frost Nova does 200 spell dmg and 4s slow in 650 AoE
  • Ragnarok – Damage from 70 to 81 (match components), recipe cost from 1200 to 1400
  • Kaguya Armor – Returns 100% physical, 70% spell damage, duration from 3.5 to 3.75
  • Demon Booster – Increased mana regeneration from 150% to 300%, Demonic Rip active
  • Probagation – Grants 0.15s of hidden/invulnerable frames, clone damage from 33% to 45%
  • Triple-Bladed Scythe – Silver Hands + Nidaime’s Helm effects combined
  • Twin-Fangs of the Abyss – Gives +12 damage (previously stated +12, actually gave +0)

  • The 4th’s Legacy – Recipe cost from 2200 to 2000
  • Shinobi’s Backpack – (5x Pouch + Recipe) – Active: Spawn random consumable
  • Hero Water – Recovery decreased from 135HP to 115HP, 70MP to 65MP, courier slow 40%
  • Sand Eyes – Cost decreased from 200 to 180, duration from 6 to 7 minutes, added stock
  • Improved Sand Eyes – Cost to 180, duration from 3 to 4 minutes, added stock
  • Amenonuhoko – Increased damage from 250 to 275
  • Curry of Life – Grants +2 damage and can be consumed to instantly heal 70 hp (100g)
  • Infinite Armor – Flak + Point Booster – 30% M.Resist, +10% M.Resist Aura

Huh

Neutral Creep Camps

  • 3 camps per side (Top and Bottom spawn of each forest are Medium camp type, Middle of each forest is Small camp type, Kyuubi’s Cavern is always Large spawn type, becomes Ancient spawn type after 20 minutes)
  • Spawns 30 seconds after creep wave start, and every minute after that
  • 1.4.1a neutral creep camp data included in F9(Quests – Neutral Camp Statistics)

Runes

Creeps

  • Creep collision correctly increased from 14 to 16 to make selecting much easier
  • Super Creeps melee base damage increased from 35 to 38, ranged increased from 40 to 43
  • Creeps upgrade max level increased from 30 to 35, Mega Creeps set upgrade level to 35
  • Super Creeps and Mega Creeps gold bounty decreased by 10
  • Kyuubi Cavern slightly altered

Terrain

  • Terrain/Trees slightly altered – several new juke and ward zones added
  • Added a few props to the gameplay environment

Objectives

  • Kyuubi now casts Thunder Clap, Berserk (+100% AS), and has Kyuubi Flames passive
  • Killing Kyuubi objective will spawn a miniature Kyuubi per lane with your next creep wave to push
    • Kyuubi has 550 Attack Range
    • Kyuubi has 500+40*Game Minutes HP+MP
    • Kyuubi has 9 Large Armor
    • Kyuubi has 60+2*Game Minutes Damage
    • Kyuubi has 2.25 Base Attack Time
    • Kyuubi has 320 Base Movement Speed
    • Kyuubi grants moderate XP on kill (2-3x creep) and 40-50 gold bounty
    • Kyuubi releases Flames to a random enemy every 4s, does 50+4*Game Minutes pure damage
  • Backdooring barracks (Shinobi Academies – RAX) will deal 75% reduced damage

Miscellaneous

  • New model/skin for Madara
  • All hero model sizes increased by 3%
  • 1.4.1a changelog included in-game in F9(Quests – 1.4.1a Changelog)
  • 5 minute cooldown to hero buybacks
  • Bounty gold amount for kills and assists is now shown
  • Maximum bounty streak bonus increased from 300 to 400
  • Hero kill gold gain changed from 50+5×HeroLevel to 50+6×HeroLevel
  • Hero death gold loss changed from 90+5×HeroLevel to 90+6×HeroLevel
  • Assist gold from (0.5×Bounty) to: (0.1×Bounty) + (30-5×A) + ((5-0.6×A)×Level)
    … Where A = # of Assisting Heroes, to balance assist and streak giving assist too much team gold

Deidara

  • Attack Range increased from 575 to 625
  • MS decreased from 300 to 285
  • C3 Ult now deals correct damage over time value (doubled damage)
  • Clay Spiders range increased from 600 to 900
  • Katsu mana cost decreased from 75 to 50
  • Katsu [R] bonus damage decreased to 16/24/32/40 (explode damage 32/48/64/80)

  • Kuroari hold duration changed from 1.5/2/2.5/3 to 1.5/2.25/3/3.75 but Kuroari can now be stunned/silenced/disabled
  • Ultimate HP increased from 800/1200/1600 to 900/1350/1800
  • Arm Needles movement speed increased to 365

Karin

  • Life Force Exchange hp/s decreased from 40/80/120 to 20/45/70
  • Life Force Exchange mana cost decreased to 250/500/750

Kiba

  • BAT decreased from 1.55 to 1.40 in Ultimate Form (this is a buff)

  • Akamaru bounty increased from 100 to 150
  • Akamaru Gatsuga level set to Kiba’s Gatsuga level (instead of permanently level 4)
  • Akamaru’s Health Nerfed

Kidomaru

  • New Ultimate
  • Decreased MS from 290 to 280
  • Revamped Curse Seal (1000 Attack Range, 2X slower attack, 2X physical damage output, +20 MS, takes 15% additional damage in Curse Form).
  • Powershot cast range increased from 1700 to 2400 (Kido does not gain EXP beyond 1200 range)

Kimimaro

  • Curse Form recoded (does not cause known WC3 transform bugs). No longer grants bonus base MS but gives 15% MS for 1 second everytime Kimi attacks in Curse Form (non-stackable).

Kisame

  • Increased Samehada(Mana Shave + Damage) AoE from 250 to 300
  • Symbiotic Relationship 15/25/35/45 hp/s effect is doubled when Kisame is under 33.3% hp
  • Symbiotic Relationship CD decreased from 25/22/19/16 to 22/18/14/10
  • Increased base MS from 295 to 300

Mei

  • Lava Globs causes target to miss chance increased from 25% to 50%, duration 3.5 seconds
  • Lava Globs AoE increased from 175 to 275, AoE damage increased from 15/30/45/60 to 20/40/60/80
  • Lava Globs mana cost decreased from 50/80/110/140 to 50/70/90/110
  • Lava Globs damage decreased from 1.4/1.6/1.8/2x INT to 1.15/1.3/1.45/1.6x INT
  • Presence INT bonus duration increased from 6 seconds to 7 seconds
  • Yokai no Jutsu mana cost set to 115/130/145/160 (Fire)

  • Clones duration decreased from 20 seconds to 12 seconds

Nibi

  • Increased base MS from 295 to 305 (325 in cat form)
  • Fuma Shuriken cooldown changed from 8/7/6/5 to 7/6/5/4
  • Fuma Shuriken travel speed decreased
  • Fuma Shuriken mana cost changed from 80/95/110/125 to 70/80/90/100
  • Fuma Shuriken damage from 50/100/150/200 + 50%dmg, dealing 100-250% based on distance (max 500+125%dmg) rescaled to 25/50/75/100 + 125%dmg, dealing 100-200% based on distance(max 200+250% dmg)
  • Explosive Seal mana cost changed from 80/100/120/140 to 70/85/100/115
  • Explosive Seal cast range increased from 500 to 600
  • Explosive Seal cooldown decreased from 12 to 8
  • Pounce damage decreased from 75/125/175 to 60/90/120

Obito

  • Chakra Chains AoE increased from 100 to 110
  • Battle Encampment flames (Kamui) damage increased from 20 per 0.5s to 25 per 0.5s

Onoki

  • Decreased MS from 295 to 290
  • Decreased model size
  • Decreased Dust Release overall stun duration by 0.25 seconds
  • Decreased Dust Release cast range from 500 to 425
  • Decreased Dust Release damage from 120/170/220/270 to 100/140/180/220
  • Increased Stalagmite Armor return amount from 70% to 80% (returns physical+spell)
  • Stalagmite Armor duration set to 4/5/6/7
  • Stalagmite Armor cooldown set to 12
  • Ultimate slow amount decreased to 10%
  • Ultimate disabled if target leaves 650 AoE of Onoki (can be re-enabled if Onoki closes distance)
  • Ultimate damage type changed from pure to spell damage (however, has 100% MR piercing)

Pein

  • Fixed Shinra Tensei damage amount to 120/180/240/300 and creeps no longer stuck after being pushed back

Sai

  • Bird recoded, granting vision and drift effect

Sakon

  • Sakon mitigates 15% damage received to Ukon
  • Ukon gives Sakon the EXP that he accumulates after he dies/expires
  • Multiple Connected Fists reverted to a nerfed version of Charge
  • Movement speed of Sakon reduced from 315 to 295, Ukon reduced from 325 to 310
  • STR Gain per level decreased from +2.6 to +2.5

Shikamaru

  • Ult tendrils slightly easier to trap with
  • Ult tendrils attack range decreased from 300 to 225

Shino

  • Attack Range increased from 110 to 325 (Ranged)
  • Ultimate changed to Target Area Ability
  • Added HP Indicator to Bug Wall
  • Female Kikai Bugs no longer stuns, duration set to 2.25/3/3.75/4.5

Tenten

  • Different [E] ability depending on melee/ranged form
  • Passive damage ability buffed to 16/24/32/40% damage

Tsunade

  • Decreased MS from 310 to 295
  • Sozo Saisei healing changed from 300/400/500 to 250/375/500

Yamato

  • Ultimate vines damage rescaled from 12/16/20 to 18/26/34
  • Ultimate vines attack speed decreased from 2 to 1.75
  • Ultimate vines health increased from 250/325/400 to 250/350/450
  • Cage damage decreased from 90/140/190/240 to 90/130/170/210
  • Cage duration rescaled from 2.5/3.5/4.5/5.5 to 2/2.75/3.5/4.25
  • Clones damage received increased from 300% to 750%
  • Clones duration decreased from 30 to 25

Yondaime

  • Rasengan knockback distance increased from 600 to 700
  • Rasengan bonus damage increased from 25/50/75/100% to 75/100/125/150%
  • Using ultimate with Rasengan will attempt to knock target backwards to where Yondaime was
  • Increased MS from 295 to 300
  • Using Dash Strike on a target that was knocked back by Rasengan within the previous 2 seconds will result in doubled Dash Strike damage and 250 increased dash range past the target
  • Ultimate can hit spell immune targets (cannot cast on spell immune)
