General

  • Reworked healing system. All active heals have multiplier for skills which can increase or decrease restoring health.
  • Reworked Buyback system. Gold cost no longer rounded to 50 and has no cap, added proper alt-click notifications
  • All blinks recoded, none of them requires flat landscape as target anymore, and by clicking on portrait you’ll be moved as if fountain targeted
  • Double clicking Dagger will no longer blink you anywhere else but toward your fountain
  • Windwalk’s bonus damage no longer prevents orb-effects from triggering
  • Improved detection speed, it reveals invisible units much faster now
  • Illusions now provide gold and exp bounty when killed by players, 2*Level
  • Illusions from Wall of Replica, Juxtapose and Spirit Lance always grant 5 Gold&Exp, no matter what level they are
  • Fountain Defender (6 spells only) will no longer harm heroes which didn’t attempted an attack onto enemy heroes in last 2.5 seconds
  • Visual: Fixed secondary base buildings appearing on minimap after glyph has been used

Items

  • Fixed not being able to use Ghost Scepter while magic immune
  • Skadi no longer changes heros projectile
  • Lifesteal no longer changes hero’s projectile, except for Satanic’s active ability
  • Fixed Allied non-shared courier should getting upgraded when you buy Flying Courier recipe
  • Fixed Mjollnir and Maelstrom’s lightnings interacting with Linken’s Sphere
  • Fixed Shiva’s Guard interacting with Linken’s Sphere
  • Fixed Disruption: created illusions no longer dispel Linken’s Sphere buff from the enemy target
  • Fixed Linken’s Sphere buff being wasted if Hidden or Hexed at the moment when its off cooldown
  • Fixed Quelling Blade couldn’t be used on objects it can’t destroy
  • Fixed Crimson Guard to only passively block 20 damage on ranged heroes instead of 50 like on melee heroes
  • Fixed Medallion of Courage: no longer has issues when multiple instances are used on the same target
  • Blademail’s cooldown increased from 18 to 22.
  • Improved Shiva’s Guard Blast perfomance

Normal Skills

  • Rework: Deafening Blast is now an ultimate skill : 150/250/350 dmg, 200/250/300 manacost, 1.5/1.75/2 sec knockback + 2/3/4 sec disarm, 800 range, 60 cooldown. Aghanim upgrade works same.
  • Invulnerability interaction improved — invulnerability will only be lost after duration of all of them ended.
  • Earth Splitter (Tauren Chieftain) stun reverted to slow. Damage 35% -> 30/40/50% (half as physical, half as magical). Earth Splitter debuffs are now dispelable by any dispel.
  • Fixed creeps not being slowed when attacking Frost Armored non-player unit.
  • Fixed Charge of Darkness not stunning the target on arrival
  • Fixed Charge of Darkness revealing caster on minimap
  • Added new visual for Charge of Darkness target.
  • Adaptive Strike will take highest attribute now instead of primary
  • Fixed Windrun activation dispeling some channel effects like Drain
  • Reduced visual effect of Midnight Pulse to match real AoE.
  • Greater Bash will no longer re-issue attack order for ranged attackers after proccing
  • Fixed Vampiric Aura lifestealing off units which aren’t supposed to be alive (wards)
  • Ensnare is now blocked and/or reflected on landing instead of on cast
  • Multicasted Ensnare now affects other enemies around (randomly) instead of the same target

  • Fixed Fissure having 0.2 longer castpoint than intended
  • Fixed Ghost Walk slow can no longer be dispelled except for magic immunity (only magic immunity dispells it)
  • Fixed Ice Wall slow being dispellable (only magic immunity dispells it)
  • Fixed Goblin’s greed not giving x3 bounty per bounty rune (was 3/3.5/4/4.5)
  • Fixed Vital Strike shouldn’t slow invulnerable enemies (if invulnerability came after Vital Strike cast).
  • FixedVital Strike dealing very low dmg if the target’s hp is lower 33%
  • Fixed Spell lifesteal working on psi-blades.
  • Fixed X-marks the spot Return can’t multicast.
  • Fixed Icarus Dive not damaging creeps (still can’t disarm them). Now affects Ancient creeps too
  • Fixed Stasis Trap proccing on buildings
  • Fixed Skewer affecting invulnerable or magic immune enemies

  • Soul Steal (Crabe) will not be available while Soul Steal End is available
  • Soul Steal will stun enemy on 1/1.2/1.4/1.6 sec if ended at the end of duration without breaking link (7 seconds).
  • Neutral Troll Heal (From Devour) Cooldown 0.5 -> 0, Cast Time 0 -> 0.5.
  • Plague ward manacost 20 -> 30, HP 75/200/325/400 -> 100/200/300/400, max damage 11/22/32/42 -> 13/22/31/40.
  • Suicide Squad, Attack! cast points 0.0 -> 0.25, can’t be picked with Rearm.
  • Suicide Squad, Attack! damage scales smoothly with increasing range from hero. Still deals full dmg in 200 AoE.
  • Rescaled Storm Bolt: cast range 600 -> 550/575/600/625, cooldown 13 -> 12.5
  • Hellfire Blast DPS (2 sec duration) 15/30/40/50 -> 20/35/50/65, cast range 525 -> 500/525/550/575
  • Magic Missile cast range 500 -> 500/525/550/575
  • Warcry Cooldown 32/26/20/14 -> 26/22/18/14, Duration 7 -> 8
  • Laser with aghanim’s jumping AoE 550 -> 400
  • Spark Wraith activation delay 3 sec -> 2 sec, applies 100% ms slow for 0.4/0.5/0.6/0.7s on hit. Spark Wraith manacost 50 -> 80
  • Fury Swipes on ranged hero dmg bonus 10/12/14/16 -> 8/11/14/17
  • Torrent no longer uses deminishing return (again), Cast Range reduced by 10% (1500 -> 1350)
  • Double Edge + Multicast formula improved, should damage caster only once now instead 2 times, total damage stays same and matched to additional manacost.
  • Static Link CP 0.3 -> 0.25
  • Doppelganger CP 0.1 -> 0.2
  • Ice Vortex manacost 80/90/100/110 -> 75 always
  • Psi blades spill length 640/680/720/760 -> 240/360/480/600, Spill damage 100% -> 50/60/70/80%
  • Spectral Dagger cast range 2000 -> 1600, MS change +- 8/12/16/20% -> 6/10/14/18%
  • Vacuum CP 0.4 -> 0.35
  • Firefly (Batrider 3) attack range (375 -> 450) but base damage -6, matched to Batrider, base MS in form 310.
  • Heartstopper Aura dmg 0.6/0.9/1.2/1.5% -> 0.6/1.0/1.4/1.8%
  • Decay Upgraded manacost matched to normal Decay (it could be done without making skill OP after adding 0.4 Cast Points on Decay)
  • Double Edge CP 0.3 -> 0.25, AoE 190 -> 200
  • Gravekeeper’s cloak armor per lvl per layer 1/2/4/5 -> 2/3/4/5, magic resistance 3/6/12/16% -> 4/8/12/16%
  • Malefice stun duration 0.25/0.5/0.75/1 -> 0.4/0.6/0.8/1, manacost 110/130/150/160 -> 125/140/155/170
  • Press The Attack cooldown 16/15/14/13 -> 15/14/13/12
  • Press the attack basic heal decreased by 10 hp/sec. Now gives +5/10/15/20% health restoring from all active instances on duration.
  • Wild Axes Cooldown 13 -> 10
  • Weave (without aghanim) +0.25 armor change at each level, (with aghanim) better cooldown. AoE improved per level instead with aghanim.
  • Synergy on Frozen Sigil truesight AoE 100/150/200/250 -> 200/300/400/500
  • Overload damage 30/50/70/90 -> 25/50/75/100, slow 80% MS, 50% AS -> 50/60/70/80% MS and AS, tooltip improved.
  • Timber Chain CP 0.3 -> 0.2
  • Sadist MP bonus per stack per second 2/4/6/12 -> 4/6/8/10, HP 1/2/3/6 -> 2/3/4/5
  • Fiery Soul Attack Speed bonus 30/35/40/45 -> 25/35/45/55
  • Rescaled Ghost Walk: cooldown 35 -> 30, manacost 80/90/100/110 -> 125, self ms -30/-10/+10/+30% -> -15/0/+15/+30%, enemy ms -20/-30/-40/-50% -> -5/-15/-25/-35%
  • Rescaled Cold Snap: Old: 3/3.5/4/4.5 duration, 0.35 stun, 0.6 stun cd, 30/35/40/45 dmg. New: 4.5 duration, 0.35 stun, 0.75/0.7/0.65/0.6 stun cd, 20/28/36/44 dmg.
  • Rescaled Reflection: Old: 2.5/3.5/4.5/5.5 duration, 50 manacost New: 3.5/4/4.5/5 duration, 100 manacost
  • Rescaled Searing Chains. Old: 2/2/3/3 sec duration, 40/60/80/100 dps, 110 manacost, damages 1 time per second. New: 2/2.4/2.8/3.2 sec duration, 50/60/70/80 dps, 80/90/100/110 manacost, damages smooth.
  • Rescaled: Poison Sting bonus damage based on max hp changed do -10% target healing.
  • Sleight of Fist no longer jumps on Tombstone’s zombies
  • Sleight of Fist will now disjoint projectiles on cast
  • Sleight of Fist is now melee only ability, manacost from 50 to 50/60/70/80
  • Dragon Blood gives +2/4/6/8% healing from all active instances
  • Heartstopper aura decreases enemy healing by 3%

Ultimate skills

  • Fixed Thundergod’s Wrath being blocked by Linken’s Sphere
  • Removed Wrath of Nature unit targeting
  • Wrath of Nature will now jump onto spell immune units instead of completely ignoring them, deals no damage yet can place debuff when upgraded with Scepter
  • Fixed Death Pact can not being able to target Dominated units
  • Fixed Ghost Form having a dummy dot on minimap when it’s on cooldown
  • Fixed Remote Mines dealing 2x damage
  • Fixed Primar Roar causing various bugs across the whole game, improved smoothness
  • Fixed Duel causing disarmed state
  • Reworked Spell Steal: now gives ability level base on spell steal instead ability level of caster. 2/3/4 lvls for normal skills, 1/2/3 for ultimates.
  • Rescaled Multicast penalty: 75/100/125% -> 60/100/140%
  • Multicast Chances on lvls 2 and 3 reduced by ~10-20%
  • Fixed Shapeshift affecting couriers
  • Fixed Assassinate having 3.5s CP instead of 2s
  • Fixed Spell Steal: behavior with subabilities improved, should no longer lose primary abilities now in some cases (death or Spell Steal time ended).
  • Fixed Winter Curse duration was matched up to 6.88 version in o5: 3/3.75/4.5 duration, 70% as bonus, 500 radius, secondary targets are invulnerable to all damage from enemy. Fixed tooltip and visual.
  • Fixed Ice Blast Launcher not being visible. Ice blast aiming helper is still invisible to enemies.
  • Fixed Track on heroes will stay on targets if they turn to Wraiths (dying under Reincarnation Aghanim’s aura).
  • Fixed Wraith Form: no longer interrupts unit, neither dispel things from him, acting like nothing happened
  • Fixed Wraith Form being avoidable under some circumstances (splitting into illusions, etc)
  • Wraith Form duration increased from 3 to 3.5
  • Fixed Pulse nova without agh draining 25/40/55 mp/sec instead of 20/40/60
  • Guardian Angel no longer gives +25 health regeneration and no longer affects Tombstone. AoE without agh down to 600.
  • Fixed Mind Control working on units who stays on max range. Cast range reduced from 1000 to 625.
  • Fixed Reaper’s Scythe dealing damage after duration ended (1.5 sec) instead of after 1 sec.
  • Fixed Eclipse (Luna ulti) with aghanim hit rate/sec not being updated to 0.3 (from 0.6)
  • Fixed Pulse Nova (agh) icon position
  • Fixed Psionic Trap leaving permanent slow aura if destroyed by attacks.
  • Shapeshift no longer gives bonus hp.
  • Reincarnation Max HP/MP increased from 80 to 100%. HP/MP formula improved greatly.
  • Reincarnation cooldown 220/160/100 -> 200/150/100.
  • Borrowed time duration without agh 3/3.2/3.4 -> 3/3.5/4, with agh same 3.5/4/4.5.
  • Wall of Replica length increased by 12.5% at lvl 2 and by 25% at lvl 3. Illusion damage taking without agh 300% -> 325/300/275%.
  • Marksmanship duration on melee heroes 3 -> 3/3.5/4.
  • Wall of Replica Aghanim’s decreases illusion’s damage taking to 220/200/180% instead increasing their own damage.
  • Sanity Eclipce cooldown 130 -> 120/110/100.
  • Song of the Siren CP 1.0 -> 0.6
  • Chakram CP 0.3 -> 0.2
  • Poison Nova with aghanim: decreases active and passive healing by 50% (except for default regeneration) instead of freezing HP
  • Chemical Rage cooldnown 45 -> 50
  • Reality (Haunt subspell) CP 0 -> 0.2
  • Ghost Ship cooldown 60/50/40 -> 70/60/50, delayed damage 50% -> 40/45/50%
  • Mind Control (Space Orc) manacost 100/150/200 -> 150. Cast range 1000 -> 625.
  • God’s Strenght gives lower damage on ranged heroes (100/150/200% -> 80/120/160%).
  • Hand of God (with aghanim) CD 30 -> 40, bonus heal 10% -> 5/7.5/10%, creep heal 100% -> 50/75/100%.

Heroes

  • Melee heroes attack range increased from 128 to 150 (some had 128, some 150, now everyone on 150, excluding Space Orc)
  • Fixed Witch Doctor having wrong attack range (660 instead 650).
  • Puck 1.5 base HP regen replaced by 1.6 BAT. HP regen back to normal (0.25). Attack Point 0.4 -> 0.3.
  • Venomancer 0.75 base HP regen replaced by 1.6 BAT. HP regen back to normal now (0.25)
  • Tormented Soul, Tidehunter, Tauren Chieftain, Shadow Fiend, Prophet, Winter Wyvern, Double Dragon, Phoenix, Chakk model size decreased a bit
  • Crystal Maiden, Drow Ranger, Bone Fletcher, Goblin Techies, Wisp, Sniper, Clockwer Goblin model size increased a bit
  • Most “Flying” heroes fly height reduced a bit
  • Tidehunter base damage +3
  • Batrider day vision 1200 -> 1800
  • Thrall AGI Growth 1.4 -> 1.6, INT Growth 2.5 -> 2.8.
  • Rhasta base MS 295 -> 300.
  • QoP BAT 1.7 -> 1.6 again. Attack range still 550.
  • Tiny STR Growth 3.3 -> 3.6
  • Gyrocopter BAT reverted 1.8 -> 1.7
  • Lich STR 18+1.55 -> 17+1.9, INT 21+3.25 -> 24+3.2

  • Enigma base intelligence +2, damage same
  • Earth Spirit base strenght +2, damage same

  • Ogre Mage STR Growth 3.2 -> 2.7, AGI growth 1.55 -> 1.5

Neutrals

  • Ancient neutral Lizard will no longer use Frenzy when attacked which used to make pulling hard

Modes and misc changes:

  • More tooltip fixes.
  • Recoded: Ghost Walk, Primal Roar, Bloodlust, Wrath of Nature, Charge of Darkness, Shivas Guard, Mjollnir’s, Maelstrom lightnings
  • Fixed missing “Hex” label
  • HCL -mdls mode: added missing -du
  • Stasis Trap added to stunlist for -ls/-3ls
  • Focused Detonate, Reality and Wisp Spirits Oscillate in/out skills position changed
