Axe’s Battle Hunger reworked:

AoE ability, which affects heroes and illusions. As before, every affected unit is slowed, takes damage over time, but debuff cannot be dispelled by abilities – only dispellable by normal duration running out or by killing any valid target with an attack (not spell).
For every affected hero (not illusion) caster gets 12% movespeed bonus and multiplicative damage resistance, 6/8/10/12% per level per each affected.
DPS 20/30/40/50, duration 8, manacost 125, cast range 800, AoE 450, cooldown 24/21/18/15.

 

Multiplicative: e.g. lvl 3 battle hunger, casted on 3 enemy heroes, will provide 0.1*100+0.1*(100-10)+0.1*(100-19)=27.1% bonus damage resistance (decreases damage received)

  • Added 6.88 items
  • Using “-random” command now costs normal amount of gold if you can only pick melee/ranged heroes due to only skills (acts as if using “-random melee”/”-random range” command)
  • “-random melee” and “-random range” goldcost 100 -> 125
  • Updated backdoor regions
  • Spell amplification mechanic added
  • Status Resistance mechanic added (Roshan, Enrage (Ursa ultimate), Satanic…)

  • Vision of all units and structures with 800 vision (day and/or night) increased slightly. 800 makes real vision about 680, due to war3 mechanics

Non-player units

  • Towers bonuses every 5 min on S5/S6 modes: HP 50 -> 40, now also adds +6 base damage.
  • All neutral creeps with mana have 1 manaregen instead of randomly written numbers 0/0.75/1

Items

  • Dominated creep will now die when Dominator isn’t located in your inventory for 10 seconds
  • Bottle Cost 700 -> 660, HP/MP reg 110/70 per 3 sec -> 90/60 per 2.5 sec. Available in sideshop Furbolg’s Hut with 1 charge.
  • Basher/Abyssal bash will now be allowed to proc and calculated after normal bashes, which means that heroes with Bash spell but affected by Break will be able to use Basher items
  • Fixed Basher/Abyssal bash damage (was 0)
  • Blade Mail: armor bonus 6 -> 5. cooldown 22 -> 25, return 75% on s6 mode -> 80% always
  • Lifesteal from same type of items now stacks
  • Pipe now gives +2 all stats
  • Armlet now gives +4 armor when activated but negative HPreg increased from 40 to 45
  • Greed’s scepter gifting range 200 -> 600
  • All other items changed to 6.88, including the following changes from versions after 6.88:
  • Bloodthorn cooldown to 18 instead of 11
  • Magic Wand max charges 17 -> 20
  • Mask of Madness changed: Requires Quarterstaff instead of recipe. Silences owner (this silence counts like buff) and reduces his armor instead of damage amplifying against the owner. And some other changes in bonuses. Lifesteal 20% -> 15%.
  • Ring of Basilius/Ring of Aquila manareg aura 0.65 -> 0.75
  • Vladmir’s offering manareg aura 0.8 -> 1.75, HPreg aura 3 -> 2.5
  • Headdress HPreg aura 3 -> 2
  • Satanic: Recipe = Reaver + Mask of Death + Claymore. 25 str, 25 dmg, 30% status resistance, active duration 5 sec.
  • Helm of the Dominator: Recipe = Gloves of Haste + Headdress + Ring of Health. +20 AS aura, +8.5 HPreg aura, +2 to all stats, Dominate ability
  • Helm of the Dominator no longer refills the captured unit’s mana, but removes debuffs from the captured unit and sets it base MS to 425 and kill bounty to 200. Dominate Manacost is 0.
  • Bloodstone to 7.20 version: 475 hp, 425 mana, 6 hpreg, +3 manareg, +200% manareg
  • Bloodstone recipe = Soul Booster + Perseverance
  • Bloodstone no longer provides healing allies when dying and respawn reduction bonus
  • Bloodstone: Bloodpact active ability: converts 60% of current mana to hp during 2 seconds, Passive – 14 charges at start, +1 per kill/-3 per death. +0.3 hpreg and manareg per charge.
  • Notes: Active ability stops if hero hasn’t enough mana to continue it. HP gain is counted like normal Heal and can thus be amplified
  • Diffusal Blade: Only 1 level. 20 agi, 10 int. Manaburn 50 if used by hero and 16/8 if by melee/ranged illusions.
  • Diffusal Blade: No longer purges enemy. Active cooldown 0 -> 15, slows enemy, non-hero units are also rooted for 3s

Skills

  • Reworks & lots of rebalancing:
  • Become Enraged (Ursa’s ulti) reworked: grants short damage boost, status resistance and damage resistance
  • Dazzle’s Poison Touch fully redone: Now affects enemies in a cone instead of just a single target. Slows enemies slightly and damages every second, increases duration by 1 second for each attack by a hero on cursed enemies
  • Flaming Lasso reworked: now always deals DPS (75/100/125 per second -> 37.5/50/67.5 per 0.5 seconds) and always disarms caster. Aghanim upgrade allows catching 1 more unit, picks nearest hero (or illusion). cooldown 90/70/50 -> 60/50/40
  • Curse of the Silent replaced by Arcane Curse (visual effect stays same)
  • Repel Replaced by Heavenly Grace (HP regen + strong status resistance), same visuals. Heavenly Grace is undispellable
  • Pounce now Leashes enemy (can’t use any movement abilities). Dispellable by outer forced movement abilities
  • Pounce cooldown 20/16/12/8 -> 17/14/11/8, duration 3.5 -> 2.5/2.75/3.0/3.25. Walk AoE 300 -> 400
  • Shadow Dance no longer allowed to pick with Wind Walk, Skeleton Walk, Vendetta, Nature’s Guise, Shukuchi
  • Shadow Dance: movespeed bonus from 25/30/35% to 10/15/20%, regeneration from 3/4/5% to 2/2.5/3%. Active dur stays at 4s. manacost 150/200/250 -> 150
  • Heat Seeking missiles will now choose different viable target if original target dies or evaded the projectile
  • Aphotic Shield’s health and damage increased by 0.8/1.2/1.6/2.0% of caster’s maximum hp
  • Aphotic Shield’s health affected by caster’s Spell Amplification
  • Aphotic Shield manacost 100/105/110/115 -> 100/110/120/130
  • Dream coil now Leashes enemy (can’t use any movement abilities). Manacost 100/150/200 -> 150/200/250. Initial damage removed but coil break damage increased. No longer pulls enemy to coil center when upgraded
  • Unstable Current reworked again: damages every enemy unit in a 500 AoE without any additional effects. 40/60/80/100 dmg, 6/5.5/5/4.5 sec cooldown. Movespeed bonus unchanged.
  • Epicenter ministuns removed. AoE grows by 50 every pulse. Pulse interval from 0.35 sec to “provides full number of pulses in 3s duration”
  • Recoded Fire Remnant: now uses charge indicator in scoreboard and shows cooldown when no charges are available, icon is now static
  • Global Silence duration 3/4/5 sec -> 4/5/6 sec, scepter upgrade removed. Does not silence hidden units
  • Feast: now calculates from enemy maximum hp, 1.6/2.4/3.2/4%, values reduced by factor *0.33 for ranged heroes
  • Improved Dark Pact self-dmg mechanic, removed enemy purging
  • Recoded Firestorm, now deals max HP based DPS for duration
  • Rocket Barrage can now hit invisible units, damage 11/14/17/20 -> 8/13/18/23, manacost 90 -> 60/65/70/75.
  • Rocket Barrage now also passively releases 1 more rocket on each attack on target enemy
  • Elune’s Arrow stun duration now scales smoothly. Maximum duration on range >2000 instead of >1500.
  • Elune’s Arrow damage vs creeps +50/70/90/110% of max hp instead of instagib (damage type: spell).
  • Elune’s Arrow cooldown 17/16/15/14 -> 20/18/16/14.
  • Assassinate cooldown 20/15/10 -> 25/20/15.
  • Assassinate indicator on target is now visible for allies instead of for enemies
  • Assassinate without agh now properly counts damage as spelldamage. Manacost matched to upgraded version.
  • Assassinate upgraded: AoE decreased from 325 to 275 and is blockable by main target via Linken Sphere
  • Death Ward rescaled to 60/95/130 damage and 0/1/2 bounces (80/115/150 and 1/2/3 bounces with agh)
  • Death Ward no longer gives spell immunity
  • Freezing Field minimum and maximum AoE increased a bit. Damage AoE 250 -> 300. Cooldown 100 -> 110/100/90.
  • Freezing Field Explosion interval from 0.07 to 0.1 sec, damage from 70/120/170 (120/170/220) to 100/150/200 (150/200/250)
  • Freezing Field Upgraded doesn’t provide Magic Immunity anymore.
  • Icarus Dive range 1400 -> 950/1100/1250/1400 (save travel time for all levels)
  • Icarus Dive Debuff and damage duration 2 sec -> 3 sec, Dps 20/60/100/140 -> 20/40/60/80
  • Icarus Dive Debuff switched from “Disarm on heroes” to “MS slow on all enemies”: 19/22/25/28% slow
  • Shackleshot can now catch 2 enemy units behind the primary target if applicable
  • Powershot improved and simplified: no longer loses speed and range after each enemy hit, maximum range from 2475 to 2725. Maximum damage from 120/200/280/360 to 150/250/350/450. Damage lose per hit from 10% to 20%.
  • Aftershock stun duration 0.6/0.9/1.2/1.5 -> 0.4/0.6/0.8/1.0 sec, additional manacost removed. AoE 315 -> 300.
  • Inner Vitality manacost 170 -> 140/150/160/170, regeneration bonus slightly changed
  • Inner Vitality also increases all healing effects on buffed unit by 8/16/24/32%
  • Wrath of Nature will no longer create Small Treants from killed creeps, but only Mega Treants from killed heroes
  • Wrath of Nature debuff duration 4 sec -> 6 sec
  • Adaptiveness on STR hero 16/20/24% stun resistance -> 12/18/24% status resistance
  • Spiked Carapace proc now has highest priority when attacked (it didn’t stun and reflect damage if the caster didn’t take damage, e.g. under Aphotic Shield/Refraction/Borrowed Time/False Promise etc.)

Rebalance

  • Shrapnel can’t be Multicasted anymore (Shrapnel damage never stacked)
  • Empower can now be used on structures
  • Empowering Haste bonuses slightly changed to 4/6/8/10% ms and 4/6/8/10% ms_in_damage.
  • Plague Ward cast range 850 -> 700.
  • Plague Ward Synergy bonus damage 5/10/15/20 -> 10/15/20/25.
  • Fiend Grip effect interval 1 second -> 0.5 seconds.
  • Laguna Blade manacost reduced from 250/400/550 to 200/375/550.
  • Finger of Death manacost increased from 200/400/600 to 250/425/600
  • Mystic Flare manacost 300/500/700 -> 200/375/550.
  • Mystic Flare cooldown with scepter 20/15/10 -> 24/18/12.
  • Reverse Polarity cooldown reverted from 120 to 120/110/100

  • Homing Missile damage progressing changed: before, maximum damage was reached at 1500 range, now it starts with 0 and reaches max damage after 3s flytime
  • Homing Missile projectile size scaling increased from 1.0 to 1.5
  • Homing Missile now has hero&illusion priority heroes when retargeting if initial target dies/evades it
  • Slardar and Void bashes rescaled: melee chances 10/15/20/25% -> 16/19/22/25%, ranged chances 10/12/14/16 -> 11/13/15/17, duration 1 sec -> 0.7/0.8/0.9/1 sec. Damage changed a bit

Hero stats & Polymorphs

  • All heroes base HP increased from 150 to 200, base MP from 0 to 75
  • STR HP Bonus from 20 to 18 per point (was 19 before last version)
  • STR hpregen bonus 0.03 per str point -> 0.1 per str point
  • INT mpregen bonus 0.04 per int point -> 0.05 per int point
  • Slark and Balanar day vision 1200 -> 1800, night vision 1800 -> 800, just like all other heroes
  • Batrider’s Firefly form base movespeed 310 -> 325, missile speed 900 -> 1100 (like normal Batrider now)
  • DK’s Elder Dragon Form base attack time 1.5 -> 1.6, attack range 625 -> 500
  • KOTL Spirit Form allowed to pick with all invis spells
  • Ogrelord attack points 0.4 -> 0.33 (0.4 looks very bad visually)
  • Gyrocopter base int from 23 to 21, base armor from 4.4 to 3.4
  • Rubick base agility 14 -> 17
  • Medusa base str 19 -> 16, base int 15 -> 19.
  • Necrolyte base int 23 -> 25
  • Lina Base damage -2
