  • Whirling Death and Spit should now properly change stats of illusions
  • Updated Spectral dagger for properly slowing fleeing enemies
  • Shapeshift improved to apply bonus speed without delay
  • Concussive shot can now target illusions
  • Improved Riki Blink Strike, Phantom Strike and Reality Rift Block/reflection
  • Santa Hats will now appear and disappear on illusions accordingly with the primary hero

Global

  • Siege Creeps BAT 2.7 to 3.0 for normal and from 2.5 to 2.75 for super creeps
  • Siege Creeps base HP 550 -> 700/850 for normal/super creeps, armor no longer grows per time for them
  • Siege Creeps no longer can be captured by anything (dominator, holy persuation, enchant, mind control)

Balance

  • Improved unit’s behavior under Forced Attacks debuff
  • E.g. affected unit will no longer step right in the middle of the Requiem of Souls, when affected by enemy’s Berserker’s Call

  • Concussive Shot can now be evaded even when upgraded. However it blows up around it’s current position instead of disappearing
  • Heat Seeking missile no longer can be evaded and thus it does retarget only when previous target dies
  • Wrath of Wraith form is no longer prioritized target for autoattacks, including towers and fountain
  • Reality Rift enemy debuff changed from slow to armor reduction by 2/3/4/5
  • Thundergod’s Wrath + Wrath of Nature (zeus+furion) are no longer allowed to be picked together
  • Furion Teleportation changed to count as “casted” at start of cast. This way it goes on cooldown even when interrupted just like scroll of teleportation or boots of travel
  • Wrath of Nature manacost 175/225/275 -> 225/300/375, no longer jumps on spell immune units
  • Battery Assault ministun 0.1 -> 0.2, interval 0.7 -> 0.8, damage per tick increased by ~14% (20/35/50/65 -> 24/41/56/75)
  • Total duration stays 11.2 sec (fixed tooltip)
  • Sleight of Fist can now be used when in Ghost Form (e.g. Ghost Scepter) but cannot attack during it
  • Arcane Orb no longer deals additional damage to summoned units
  • Arcane Orb int steal duration 80 -> 60
  • Essence Aura no longer grants bonus manapool
  • Essence Aura proc chance 35% -> 33%, mana restoring 100/140/180/220% -> 80/120/160/200%
  • I want to remind that it was heavily “buffed” when there was bug with auto-attacking skills to compensate fact that skill did not work properly
  • Anchor Smash can now be multicasted properly
  • Anchor Smash can now damage but not debuff Roshan and not trying to hit attack immune units
  • Eclipse manacost 250/375/500 -> 250/325/400
  • Familiars base damage decreased by 10 (30/50/70 -> 20/40/60)
  • Fatal Bonds cooldown 24/22/20/18 -> 30/26/22/18
  • Conjure Image no longer grants attack speed and regeneration
  • Nether Blast visuals changed to be more accurate
  • Life Drain and Soul Steal no longer damages self on attempts to heal already full ally
  • Electric Vortex no longer has 0.05 seconds delay between cast and stun
  • Anchor Smash damage bonus 50/75/100/125 -> 60/90/120/150
  • Scorched Earth effect AoE 900 -> 600 (similar to visual effect)
  • Infernal Flaming Fists no longer damages non-attackable units
  • Overwhelming Odds damage vs summoned units +50% of max hp -> 25% (as on tooltip)
  • This damage is now dealt together with main damage instead of being separated
  • Plasma Field slow changed to be stackable from 2 directions
  • Plasma Field AoE slightly increased. Visuals changed to be more accurate with real effect radius
  • Blocked by Linken’s Charge of Darkness now creates short visual effect on target, visible for everyone
  • Omnislash now stops if caster becomes hidden anyhow

Items

  • Disassembling item with active ability is no longer possible if it was used in last 10 seconds (preventing arcana buy-sell abuse and arcana-lotus)
  • Aghanim updated so it can be consumed by any hero
  • Recipe for this can be purchased from Trophy Dealer per 1800 gold
  • When combined, Aghanim Consumable will be instantly consumed as soon as picked up by owning hero
  • If hero has nothing to upgrade, item will be destroyed and gold returned
  • This also means that Aghanim for Goblin’s Greed owner will be cheaper to get (4200 vs 6000)
  • However, consuming Aghanim by recipe way will increase player networth only by 4200 as well as with using Greed
  • Consumed Aghanim no longer grants any stat bonuses (attributed, hp, mana)
  • Lowered Moonshard priority in recipes
  • Moonshard nightvision bonus increased from 256/128 (inventory/consumed) to 384/256
  • What means vision range increased from 2/1 cells to 3/2 cells
  • Satanic active bonus lifesteal +125% -> +150% (previously decreased from 175% became too low)

Features

  • Multiboard no longer counts purchased wards as Consumables
  • Multiboard ward stats is now splited for Observer/Sentry
  • Multiboard Consumables stats no longer counts +4 for tango pack
  • Illusions now getting lvlup together with real hero. This makes finding real hero a bit harder in some cases
  • This affects only illusions with same unit type, e.g. Disrupted non-self illusions wont get lvlup
  • Aegis got estimated time counter which is visible for everyone on item
  • Gold and experience bonus for Hand of Midas can be checked through -st cmd
  • Elune’s Arrow, Meat Hook and Hookshot got AoE pointer
  • Removed dota2hpbars vertical size flickering
  • Improved Adaptive Strike projectile animations

Balance

Global

  • Denied towers now also grants half of gold bounty to allies
  • Attack Backswings of All units decreased to 0.25
  • This should make some unlikely to attacker-style playing heros more likely as well as make creeps thinking a bit faster
  • Attack Backswing of 0 will cause instant turning away on other targets as soon as attack couldnt be continued (with enabled autoattack)
  • This is only reason to not put this number
  • Since creeps damage and armor growing by an additional linear numbers, difference between normal and super/mega creeps becoming a bit too low in lategame
  • Super creeps attack reload speed increased by 5% (1 -> 0.95) , mega creeps by 8% (1 -> 0.92), mega siege machines by 7.5% (2.7 -> 2.5)
  • Gold for killed couriers is no longer limited with 1 dead courier per team. Every killed courier will grant gold even if they are dying 5 in a row.
  • Fountain damage increased by 15%

Skills

  • Eye of Storm no longer hits non-attackable units (aka Ghost Form)
  • Ball Lightning + Sadist can no longer be picked together
  • Electric Vortex now counts as a stun, so cannot be purged but only dispeled by strong dispels
  • Electric Vortex duration 1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0 -> 1.4/1.8/2.2/2.6
  • Overall pull distance 150/200/250/300 -> 180/220/260/300 and unaffected by enemy status resistance
  • Anchor Smash no longer pierces spell immunity or invulnerability
  • It’s now melee only ability
  • Now deals instant attack on every enemy around with bonus damage instead of raw damage
  • This attack may apply any effect but not Cleave and chooses targets in random order, making some effects on 1 attack only a bit unlucky
  • Cast point 0.2 -> 0.35, AoE 475 -> 375, manacost 30/40/50/60 -> 50/60/70/80
  • Damage penalty for enemies 45/50/55/60% -> 30/40/50/60%
  • Bonus damage 50/75/100/125
  • Kraken Shell rescaled: damage requirement for dispel is reworked back to plain values (600/550/500/450), but instead it does not count damage for the next dispel during it’s cooldown. Cooldown 3 -> 2.5
  • Kraken Shell damage block now works on illusions, just like other damage blocks.
  • Bloodrage (bloodseeker) duration 9 -> 9/10/11/12, cooldown 11/10/9/8 -> 9/8/7/6
  • MHp heal 20% -> 13/17/21/25%, damage bonus 18/22/26/30% -> 10/15/20/25%
  • Cast range 600 -> 800
  • Spirit Bear damage and armor type reverted to Hero type
  • No longer possible to Return Spirit Bear if the hero is dead
  • Return cooldown 5 -> 30, no longer goes on cooldown when taking damage. Instead it has 3s cast time now.
  • Synergy no longer grants all abilities to Spirit Bear
  • Leveling up spirit bear now properly increases his BAT
  • Elune’s Arrow speed 857 -> 900, flying much smoother now
  • Elune’s Arrow max stun 5 -> 3.5/4/4.5/5 sec
  • Max stun duration is now reached at 1800 range instead of 2000
  • Spin Web fully recoded, should not cause free pathing out of web anymore
  • Spin Web no longer grants any bonuses for Ancient creeps of the owner (Spirit Bear, Infernal, Familiar, Primal Split, captured Ancients, Couriers), works only for the hero and all non-ancient units
  • Soul Steal damage is no longer affected by spell amplification
  • Soul Steal heal now depends on the damage it done to the target
  • Spectral Dagger can now be used on non-hero and invulnerable units. However, it wont follow them, assuming it was ground-targeted cast.
  • Lightning Bolt can re-target into an illusion when casted on the ground, previously it could only re-target onto a hero.
  • Laguna Blade Upgraded no longer grants bonus multiple times when multicasted
  • Nether Ward no longer attempts to damage spell immune and invulnerable units
  • Slardar and Void bash chance increased to 25% (17%) at all levels. Bash duration and damage reduced at low levels.
  • Healing Ward is now always Phased
  • Dream Coil link break range 500 -> 600 (reverted)
  • Brain Sap damage type pure -> magical, damage 90/160/230/300 -> 100/200/300/400, heal amount now depends on the actual damage dealt by the spell
  • Time Lapse cooldown 60/50/40 -> 70/55/40 (upgraded 30/25/20 -> 35/27.5/20), manacost 150/75/0 -> 150/100/50 (makes manaburn a bit more useful in late stage against this ability)
  • Nethertoxin cast range 700 -> 800
  • Trample movespeed slow 50% -> 20/30/40/50%
  • Gush now can be evaded, Projectile speed 4000 -> 2500
  • Dark Ritual cooldown 44/36/28/20 -> 66/54/42/30
  • Sleight of Fist now hits units in random order
  • Charge of Darkness cooldown 21/18/15/12 -> 24/21/18/15
  • Carrion Swarm damage increased by 10
  • Waning Rift cooldown 10 -> 13/12/11/10, manacost 80/95/110/125 -> 100/110/120/130
  • Pounce and Rolling boulder now disarms caster during it’s duration
  • Using runes from Bottle became smoother, without interrupting current move/etc order
  • Psionic Trap, Shackleshot, Finger of Death no longer ignore Ancient units
  • Ignite and Digest Spit no longer grant vision around projectile
  • Improved spell block and reflection of blockable chain lightnings (arc lightning, lightning storm, fade bolt, neutral) – now provides proper visual effects when blocked
  • Poison Sting (venomancer 2 and 3) and Envenomed Weapons (gnoll, doom) no longer deal damage instantly on 1st attack
  • Ion Shell duration is no longer reduced by enemy’s status resistance

Items

  • Rune of Invisiblity can be dispeled now
  • Mekansm and Greaves overstack limit now works for all units instead heroes only
  • Faerie Fire cost 75 -> 125, heal 75 -> 100, damage bonus 2 -> 3
  • Mango cost 125 -> 70, hp regen 1 -> 0.6, mana restored

This map only supports Warcraft 3 patch 1.26! Not 1.24, 1.27, 1.28 or anything else
